Booking Policy

Salon Policy
Please arrive on time, this may mean factoring in time for parking. Unfortunately we cannot extend your appointment time for late arrivals.We strongly recommend booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. This guarantees your preferred booking time. As we enjoy a loyal and passionate clientele, last minute appointments aren't always possible. CHILDREN IN THE SALON - We understand the struggle for Mums with babies. However we also need to be mindful that our studio is also a place where others come to escape their children and relax. Please be courteous of our requests not to bring children in to the salon.

Lash & Brow Servicing
All online bookings require a percentage to be paid at the time of booking, this is then deducted from your appointment on the day. Deposits are held in the event of a late cancellation/no show. New client appointments require $20 Booking Deposit. Your booking fee will be forfeited in the case of cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time. Booking fee will be carried over to rescheduled appointment if rescheduled before the 24 hour period. Cancellations or reschedules are occasionally necessary. We ask to be notified of a cancelled or rescheduled appointment at least 24 business hours in advance. Cancellations received within 24 business hours will incur a Booking Deposit cancellation fee. Booking fees are non refundable. In the event that you can no longer attend your appointment, the booking fee may be returned in the form of a gift voucher, used for another service or kept on your account for future use.

Guarantee 
If you are not 100% happy with your maintenance service, notify us within 24 hours and we'll give you a free touchup service within 3 days of your last appointment.

Maintenance Policy
Lashes and Brows must be maintained within 3 weeks of last visit. Bookings made outside of 3 weeks will require a full appointment. Deposits can not be refunded only used as a credit in salon. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or amend a booking. A no show will require payment to made in full before rebooking can be made.

Cosmetic Tattoo Bookings 
Deposit Policy Please read the deposit policy thoroughly before paying your deposit. Cosmetic Tattooing Policy - Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. This deposit is non-refundable in all cases, yet can be transferred to another date, given you have followed our notice requirement above. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your new time will be scheduled at my next available date (1-3 month wait). Tattoo deposits cannot be redeemed on any other treatments. If you wish to give your deposit and appointment to a friend, please let us know as this can be arranged. A minimum of 5 days notice of cancellation/rescheduling must be given. Failure to cancel in the time or requesting to reschedule more than once will forfeit the deposit. This gives us ample time to offer the appointment to someone else. Cancellations within 48 hours - require 50% of the booked appointment to be charged. No show - 100% of the scheduled appointment to be charged and prepayment will be required for any future bookings. New client appointments require $100 Booking Deposit

Touch Up Bookings
Second session touch ups - Touch ups are scheduled to ensure that we can get the best possible healed result. We understand that things may come up that may change the time frame of your appointment. Your second visit for your Cosmetic Tattooing Touch Up needs to be performed 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. A $50 surcharge will incur if you need to book outside of this time frame. If you can not have your touch up within 6-8 weeks - You will need to book back in for a first time appointment.
